Triangle Tara and I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who participated in the Triangle Tara/Food Bank event. So far, we have raised over $2000 dollars - which will help to feed a lot of people this Holiday Season.

ReplyDeleteThat is so cool. I didn't get a Triangle Tara but did make a donation directly to the food bank. We are lucky in Jersey (Channel Islands, UK) as there are very few people who don't have a roof over their head and at least one meal a day.

Great idea Amber to raise money and awareness like this for a worthwhile cause.

ReplyDeleteI wish I was one of those guys that rocked; still, congratulations on raising the money and using it where it does the most good (and yes, I still think you should try your hand at making a Michael Moore-ish documentary about this issue...I suspect you'd garner even more interest in it than Moore ever could with those he championed/condemned).
